Research Autism is the only UK charity exclusively dedicated to providing clear and independent information on the effectiveness of interventions in autism.
We were founded in 2004 in response to calls from people with autism, their parents, andprofessionals who were working with them, all of whom were increasingly desperate for impartial information.
Since then, we are proud to have established a robust reputation for providing trusted and independent information to the autism community.
The publication looks back to our foundations, marks some significant successes, and outlines our vision for the future.
The publication was launched at an intimate reception in the grand setting of Speaker's House, with the kind permission of the Speaker and Patron of Research Autism, the Rt Hon John Bercow MP.
At the reception we heard from our founding Chairman Geoffrey Maddrell, a founding Patron Jane Asher, and a long term supporter Joe Powell.
