Fecal Transplant

Fecal Transplant (also known as Fecal microbiota transplantation, FMT, or stool transplant) is the process of transplantation of fecal bacteria from one person to another.

It is sometimes used as a treatment for a clostridium difficile infection - a type of bacterial infection that can affect the digestive system.

Some people believe it can also be used to treat a wide range of other conditions including autism, obesity, Parkinson disease, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis etc.
