Introduction

Neurofeedback training Neurofeedback training (also known as biofeedback training) includes a range of therapies in which individuals are taught to control their own physiological functions such as heart rate, muscle tension, and brain waves.

Some people believe that neurofeedback training can be used to alleviate some of the problems facing people with autism spectrum disorders – such as anxiety, poor attention etc.

Opinion

We are currently reviewing the literature on the use of neurofeedback training for people with autism.
