Brain Balance programme

The Brain Balance programme is an intervention which aims to correct the supposed imbalance in the connections and function between and within the hemispheres (sides) of some children's brains.

It is designed to integrate physical and cognitive exercises with dietary change, in order to correct the underlying imbalance, leading to improved function and a reduction/elimination of negative behaviours.
