Emotion-Based Social Skills Training programme

The Emotion-Based Social Skills Training (EBSST) programme is a social skills group designed to improve emotional competence in school-aged children on the autism spectrum.

EBSST is divided into three modules, teaching emotional competence skills in understanding own and others’ emotions, emotional problem solving and theory of mind, and emotion regulation skills, following a developmental framework.
