Aromatherapy

Aromatherapy involves the use of aromatic plant oils to improve health and well-being.

The oils can be used in a variety of ways including

  • Massage
  • Baths
  • Inhalations

Some people claim that aromatherapy can be used to reduce stress, improve sleep, and promote improved attention among children with autism.
