Interpersonal Problem-Solving for Workplace Adaptation Programme

The Interpersonal Problem-Solving for Workplace Adaptation Programme is a vocational intervention, designed to help employees solve practical workplace problems.

It is based on an approach called social problem-solving in phases, in which the participants are taught skills such as defining a problem, taking perspectives, generating solutions and considering consequences.
