Rolfing, also known as structural integration, is a type of manipulation which is designed to align parts of the human body with each other

The therapist moves the the pelvis and other parts of the body in order to bring them into better horizontal and vertical balance with each other.

The supporters of rolfing claim that this helps to reduce tension and stress in the body.
