Infrared Sauna Therapy

Infrared sauna therapy or sauna therapy is a treatment which uses infrared radiation to increase circulation and nourish damaged tissue.

Some people believe that it can be used to treat some of the symptoms of autism because they believe those symptoms are caused by excess toxins in the body.
