Feldenkrais Method

The Feldenkrais Method is an approach which aims to teach an individual how to move with greater ease, comfort, and coordination.

It is used for many types of chronic pain, including headache, joint disorders, and neck, shoulder, and back pain. It is also used for improving balance, coordination, and mobility.
