Restaurant launches picture menu which lets autistic boy point and choose his own food
A restaurant has created a picture menu so that a boy with autism who cannot talk can point and choose his own food.
The menu, which replaces the traditional words with pictures and symbols, has been put together for seven-year-old Taylor Sweeney at San Rocco in Ashton.
The youngster is a regular there and was featured in the M.E.N earlier last year when mum Nicola praised the restaurant for going the extra mile to make her family feel welcome.
